Delicious and chewy keto protein bars with a perfect balance of healthy fats, plant protein, and natural sweetness. These bars are low-carb, gluten-free, and perfect as a snack or post-workout fuel. Made with simple ingredients like almond butter, protein powder, and keto sweeteners, they come together quickly with no baking required.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix coconut flour and protein powder.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, gently melt almond butter and keto syrup until smooth; stir to combine.
  4. Pour almond butter mixture into dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. If too thick, add a small amount of water or unsweetened almond milk to reach workable dough consistency.
  5. Press mixture firmly and evenly into the prepared pan.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until firm.
  7. Cut into 12 bars and store bars in an airtight container in the fridge.
