- In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, beat eggs with sweetener, mashed banana (or banana extract), melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in walnuts or chocolate chips if using.
- Pour batter into prepared pan, smooth the top, and bake 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
