This moist and flavorful keto banana bread mimics traditional banana bread but is low carb, sugar-free, and gluten-free. Made with almond and coconut flours, ripe mashed banana (or banana extract for stricter keto), and keto-friendly sweeteners, it’s perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert on a ketogenic diet.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs with sweetener, mashed banana (or banana extract), melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in walnuts or chocolate chips if using.
  5. Pour batter into prepared pan, smooth the top, and bake 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
