These crispy keto chicken nuggets are made without breading heavy in carbs but still packed with flavor and crunch. Using almond flour, pork rind crumbs, parmesan, and spices for coating, they are air-fried to golden perfection. A perfect low-carb snack or meal option that’s quick and easy to prepare.

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease the air fryer basket.
  2. Place almond flour in one shallow bowl. In another bowl, combine pork rind crumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Keep beaten eggs in a third bowl.
  3. Coat chicken pieces one by one: first in almond flour, then dip into eggs, then coat thoroughly in the pork rind mixture.
  4. Arrange coated chicken nuggets in a single layer in the air fryer basket (do not overcrowd)
  5. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until nuggets are golden brown and cooked through
  6. Serve hot with keto-friendly dipping sauce.
