This gluten-free tiramisu is a creamy, coffee-flavored Italian dessert layered with gluten-free ladyfingers, mascarpone cream, and a dusting of cocoa powder. Just as indulgent as the classic version, but safe for those avoiding gluten.

Step 1 – Prepare the coffee mixture:
Brew strong espresso or coffee and let it cool. Stir in the coffee liqueur (optional). Set aside.
Step 2 – Make the mascarpone cream:
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk egg yolks with sugar until thick and pale.
3. Gently fold in mascarpone cheese until smooth.
4. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the mascarpone mixture.
Step 3 – Assemble:
5. Quickly dip each gluten-free ladyfinger into the coffee (do not soak or they’ll fall apart).
6. Arrange a single layer of dipped ladyfingers at the bottom of a 9x9-inch dish.
7. Spread half of the mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers.
8. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining cream.
9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours (overnight is best).
Step 4 – Serve:
