Vietnamese iced coffee is a bold and sweet beverage made with strong dark roast coffee and sweetened condensed milk, served over ice. It’s perfect for warm days and delivers a satisfying caffeine kick with a creamy twist.

- Add condensed milk
- Spoon the sweetened condensed milk into a glass (clear glass is traditional so you can see the layers).
- Assemble your phin filter
- Place 2 tablespoons of coffee into the phin. Gently press the gravity insert down.
- Start brewing
- Place the filter on top of the glass. Pour a bit of hot water in first to bloom the coffee. After 30 seconds, pour the rest of the hot water in.
- Wait for it to drip
- Let the coffee slowly drip through the filter. It takes about 4–5 minutes.
- Stir and pour over ice
- Once dripping is complete, stir the coffee and condensed milk together. Pour over a glass full of ice and enjoy immediately.
