  4. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.
  5. Cut in butter until crumbly, then add buttermilk.
  6. Knead gently, roll out dough, and cut into biscuits.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden.
  8. Fry Chicken:
  9. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
  10. Mix flour with paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne.
  11. Dredge chicken in seasoned flour and fry 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (165°F internal temp).
  12. Assemble:
  13. Slice warm biscuits, place a piece of fried chicken inside, and optionally top with honey or gravy.
