This Bush’s White Chicken Chili is a comforting and protein-packed twist on classic chili, featuring tender chicken, creamy white beans, and flavorful green chilies. It’s quick, satisfying, and perfect for chilly nights or game day meals!

  1. Sauté Aromatics
  2. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until softened (about 3–4 minutes).
  3. Add Chicken and Seasonings
  4. Stir in the cooked chicken, green chilies, cumin, oregano, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Add Beans and Broth
  6. Pour in the drained Bush’s Great Northern Beans and chicken broth. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
  7. Simmer
  8. Let chili simmer for about 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  9. Finish with Creaminess
  10. Reduce heat to low. Stir in sour cream and heavy cream. Heat through, but do not boil.
  11. Serve
  12. Ladle into bowls and top with your favorite garnishes. Enjoy with warm cornbread or tortilla chips!
