Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined—do not overmix.
Shape and bake: Press the mixture evenly into the loaf pan.
Add glaze: In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Spread half over the meatloaf.
Bake: Bake for 45 minutes, then remove and spread the remaining glaze on top. Return to oven and bake for 5–10 more minutes, until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
Rest & serve: Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
