  3. Form Nuggets:
  4. With damp hands or a spoon, shape small nuggets from the mixture and place them on a plate.
  5. Bread the Nuggets:
  6. Dip each nugget in flour, then egg, then panko breadcrumbs, coating them completely.
  7. Cook:
  8. Option 1: Pan-Fry
  9. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry nuggets in batches until golden and cooked through, about 3–4 minutes per side.
  10. Option 2: Bake
  11. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place nuggets on a lined baking sheet and spray lightly with oil. Bake for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  12. Option 3: Air Fryer
  13. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 12–14 minutes, flipping halfway.
  14. Serve:
  15. Serve hot with ketchup, ranch, honey mustard, or your favorite dipping sauce.
