  3. Mix Dough

  5. Shape the Bread
  6. Roll or press the dough into a flat circle or square about ¼ inch thick. Score lightly with a knife if desired for symbolic purposes.
  7. Bake
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the bread is set and slightly firm to the touch (not browned).
  9. Cool & Serve
  10. Let cool slightly. Cut into small pieces or rounds for communion.
