Season Chicken:
Pat the chicken thighs dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Sear the Chicken:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place chicken skin-side down and sear for 5–6 minutes until golden. Flip and cook for another 5–6 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Make the Sauce:
Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1–2 minutes. Add thyme and chicken broth. Let simmer for 2 minutes.
Combine:
Return the chicken to the skillet. Spoon sauce over thighs. Cover and simmer on low for 10–15 minutes or until fully cooked (internal temp 165°F).
