  4. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until chicken is tender and easy to shred.
  5. Shred Chicken:
  6. Remove chicken, shred it with two forks, and return it to the crockpot.
  7. Add Noodles:
  8. Stir in egg noodles. Cover and cook on high for 30–45 minutes, or until noodles are soft and cooked through.
  9. Serve:
  10. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve warm.
