  2. Pound the chicken breasts to even thickness (about 1/2 inch). Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Prepare Breading Stations:
  4. In one bowl: Matzo meal + garlic powder + paprika
  5. Second bowl: Lightly beaten eggs
  6. Third bowl: Flour
  7. Dredge Chicken:
  8. First coat chicken in flour
  9. Dip into egg wash
  10. Then coat thoroughly in the matzo meal mixture
  11. Press lightly so the coating sticks
  12. Fry the Chicken:
  13. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry cutlets 3–4 minutes per side or until golden and fully cooked (internal temp 165°F/74°C).
  14. Drain and Serve:
