This one-pan creamy chicken tortellini is a delicious and quick dinner packed with tender chicken, cheesy tortellini, and a garlic parmesan cream sauce. A comforting meal ready in just 30 minutes!

Cook chicken: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sauté until cooked through and golden, about 5–6 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Sauté aromatics: In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Make sauce: Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer, then stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Add tortellini: Add tortellini to the skillet. Cover and simmer for 4–5 minutes (or per package instructions) until tortellini is cooked and sauce thickens.
Combine: Return chicken to the skillet. Stir everything together. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and more parmesan if desired.
