This creamy chicken spinach mushroom skillet is a one-pan dish that's both comforting and nutritious. Juicy chicken is cooked with mushrooms and fresh spinach in a rich garlic cream sauce. Perfect for a quick dinner!

  1. Cook chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken 5–7 minutes per side or until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  2. Sauté mushrooms: In the same skillet, add butter and sauté mushrooms until browned (about 5 minutes).
  3. Add garlic & spinach: Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Make sauce: Pour in heavy cream and Parmesan. Simmer 3–4 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Return chicken: Slice cooked chicken and return to skillet. Simmer everything together for another 2–3 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with rice, pasta, or crusty bread.
