Black coffee is a pure, bold drink made without milk or sugar. You can brew it with instant coffee, a French press, or a drip machine. It’s ideal for keto, intermittent fasting, or anyone who enjoys strong coffee flavor.

  1. Boil water
  2. Heat 1 cup of water until just before boiling (~90–95°C or 195–205°F).
  3. Add coffee
  4. In a mug, add 1 to 2 tsp of instant coffee (depending on how strong you want it).
  5. Pour & stir
  6. Pour hot water into the mug and stir well until the coffee is completely dissolved.
  7. Serve
  8. Drink it plain, or add a tiny pinch of cinnamon or cardamom if you like a flavored touch.
