Freeze Bananas: Peel and slice ripe bananas. Place them in an airtight container or ziplock bag and freeze for at least 2 hours (or overnight).
Blend: Add frozen banana slices to a food processor or high-speed blender. Blend until creamy and smooth. Scrape the sides as needed.
Optional Add-ins: Add milk, vanilla, or other flavors now and blend again until smooth.
Serve Immediately: For soft-serve texture, enjoy right away.
For Firmer Ice Cream: Transfer to a container, freeze for 1–2 hours, then scoop and serve.
