These air fryer riblets come out tender and crispy thanks to a flavorful soy-based marinade infused with garlic and Shaoxing wine. Cooked quickly in the air fryer, they are perfect for a delicious, fuss-free meal or snack. Serve with a tangy dipping sauce for an added kick.

  1. Combine marinade ingredients for riblets in a bowl and whisk until sugar dissolves. Add riblets and garlic cloves, marinate at least 2 hours or overnight.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
  3. Place riblets and garlic cloves in the air fryer basket, avoiding excess marinade liquid.
  4. Air fry for 6 minutes, shake basket, then cook 6 more minutes until nicely browned and cooked through.
  5. Meanwhile, mix all dipping sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  6. Serve riblets on a bed of green onion or fresh greens with dipping sauce on the side.
