Trim pork tenderloin of excess fat/silver skin. Pat dry.
Mix all dry spices and sugar in a bowl. Coat pork with olive oil, then rub seasoning blend all over (use all for max flavor).

Place tenderloin in basket (cut in half if needed to fit). Air fry at 400°F for 20–22 minutes, flipping halfway. Internal temp should reach 145°F.
