  1. Spray the air fryer basket with oil and lightly spray both sides of the fish.
  2. Combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and parmesan (if using) in a small bowl. Sprinkle over fillets and press gently so seasonings stick.
  3. Top each fillet with a lemon slice.
  4. Place fish in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry at 360°F (182°C) for 8–10 minutes, or until halibut flakes easily and begins to turn golden.
  6. Serve with your favorite side and an extra lemon wedge. Garnish with parsley if desired.
