Air fryer apple fries are sweet, crispy sticks of apple coated in cinnamon and almond flour, then air-fried to golden perfection. This keto-friendly snack is quick to prepare and perfect for fall dessert cravings, especially with a sugar-free glaze or dip.

  1. Preheat air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss apple fries with half the almond flour, cinnamon, and sweetener to coat.
  3. Dip coated apples in whisked egg, then dredge again in remaining almond flour mixture.
  4. Spray air fryer basket with oil. Arrange apples in a single layer with space in between.
  5. Spray tops of apples lightly. Cook 5–6 minutes, flip, spray again, air fry another 5–6 minutes until golden and crisp.
  6. Immediately sprinkle hot fries with optional cinnamon sweetener mix.
  7. For dip: whisk sugar-free sweetener, vanilla, and almond milk until smooth and offer with warm fries.
