Twinkie Cake Recipe

This fun and nostalgic Twinkie cake is a playful dessert that turns everyone’s favorite snack cake into a creamy, dreamy treat. With layers of Twinkies, pudding, whipped topping, and fruit, it’s the perfect easy party dessert.

Ingredients

• 10 Twinkies
• 1 box (5.1 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
• 3 cups cold milk
• 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
• 1 cup sliced strawberries or bananas (optional)
• 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained (optional)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
2. Slice each Twinkie in half lengthwise and place them, cream side up, in the bottom of the baking dish.
3. In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
4. Spread the pudding evenly over the Twinkie layer.
5. Top with sliced strawberries or bananas (optional).
6. Spread whipped topping evenly over the fruit and pudding layer.
7. Sprinkle with crushed pineapple or extra fruit if desired.
8. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
