Inspired by Panera Bread’s classic chicken salad, this recipe blends tender chicken with crunchy celery, sweet grapes, and a creamy dressing made with mayonnaise and a touch of Dijon. Serve it on whole grain bread, in lettuce wraps, or over a bed of greens.

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the diced chicken, celery, halved grapes, and chopped pecans.
  2. Make the Dressing: In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss & Chill: Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir until well combined. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
