Inspired by Panera Bread’s classic chicken salad, this recipe blends tender chicken with crunchy celery, sweet grapes, and a creamy dressing made with mayonnaise and a touch of Dijon. Serve it on whole grain bread, in lettuce wraps, or over a bed of greens.
