This Ocean Spray-style cranberry bread is bursting with tart cranberries and bright orange flavor. Moist and perfectly sweetened, it’s a timeless recipe great for breakfast, snacks, or the holidays.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix orange juice, zest, oil, and beaten egg.
  4. Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir just until moistened.
  5. Fold in chopped cranberries and nuts (if using).
  6. Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 50–55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool on a wire rack.
