Blend Base Ingredients: In a food processor or blender, combine garlic, anchovy paste, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Blend until smooth.
Add Mayonnaise & Cheese: Add mayonnaise and grated parmesan cheese. Blend until fully combined and creamy.
Season: Taste and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper as needed.
