In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix with 1 cup cold water or milk. Stir until just combined—do not overmix.
Preheat a lightly greased skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Pour about ¼ cup batter per pancake onto the skillet.
Cook for 2–3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1–2 minutes until golden brown.
Serve warm with maple syrup, fresh berries, or nut butter.
