  4. In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tbsp oil over medium heat. Add 1 lb ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  5. Sauté Aromatics:
  6. Add 1 tbsp minced garlic and 1 tsp grated ginger. Cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  7. Make the Sauce:
  8. In a bowl, whisk together:
  9. 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  10. 1/4 cup brown sugar
  11. 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  12. 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  13. 1 tsp sesame oil
  14. 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
  15. Combine & Simmer:
  16. Pour the sauce into the beef mixture. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  17. Add Noodles & Toss:
