Crack Cake is a super moist cinnamon-sugar bundt cake made from yellow cake mix, pudding mix, and sweet wine, topped with a buttery cinnamon glaze that seeps into the cake. It's simple, decadent, and perfect for holidays, potlucks, or a guilty pleasure treat.

  1. 1. Prepare the Cake Batter:
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  4. In a large bowl, combine:
  5. 1 box yellow cake mix
  6. 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)
  7. 1/4 cup brown sugar
  8. 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  9. 1 tbsp cinnamon
  10. 4 large eggs
  11. 3/4 cup water
  12. 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  13. 1/2 cup sweet white wine (like Moscato or Riesling)
  14. Mix everything together until smooth (about 2 minutes).
  15. 2. Bake:
  16. Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan.
  17. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  18. 3. Make the Glaze:
  19. While the cake bakes, melt in a saucepan:
  20. 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
  21. 1 cup granulated sugar
  22. 1/4 cup sweet white wine
  23. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  24. Bring to a boil and cook for 2–3 minutes until the sugar is dissolved.
  25. 4. Glaze the Cake:
  26. Remove cake from oven and poke holes all over with a skewer or fork.
  27. Slowly pour the hot glaze over the cake while it's still in the pan.
  28. Let the cake absorb the glaze for 10–15 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate.
