  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix sugar and oil until combined. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
  4. Stir in mashed bananas, milk, and vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in walnuts (reserve some for topping).
  7. Pour batter into the loaf pan, sprinkle with remaining walnuts.
  8. Bake for 55–65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
