Preheat Oven
Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Make Cake Batter
In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder. Stir in milk, eggs, vanilla, and melted butter until smooth. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
Make Cinnamon Swirl
In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and softened butter until well blended. Drop spoonfuls over the cake batter and swirl gently with a knife.
Bake
Bake for 35–40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Glaze
While cake is warm, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Drizzle glaze evenly over the cake.
