This easy baked rice recipe uses Campbell’s Beef Consommé soup for rich, beefy flavor and a touch of butter for a silky texture. Great as a side for beef, chicken, or pork — and only a few pantry ingredients needed!

- In a 1.5 to 2-quart baking dish, combine uncooked rice, beef consommé, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Dot with butter pieces on top. If using mushrooms or onions, stir them in now.
- Cover tightly with foil.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
- Remove from oven and fluff with a fork before serving.
