This easy baked rice recipe uses Campbell’s Beef Consommé soup for rich, beefy flavor and a touch of butter for a silky texture. Great as a side for beef, chicken, or pork — and only a few pantry ingredients needed!

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a 1.5 to 2-quart baking dish, combine uncooked rice, beef consommé, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Dot with butter pieces on top. If using mushrooms or onions, stir them in now.
  4. Cover tightly with foil.
  5. Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
  6. Remove from oven and fluff with a fork before serving.
