In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and celery; sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in garlic, Cajun seasoning, and crawfish tails; cook for 3–4 minutes until heated through.
Remove from heat and mix in mayonnaise, cream cheese, and half of the shredded cheese until well combined.
