A light and colorful pasta dish packed with sautéed asparagus, mushrooms, and roasted red peppers, tossed in a garlic olive oil sauce. Perfect for a quick dinner or lunch.

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water and drain.
While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Toss in mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned.
Add asparagus and red bell pepper. Cook for 5–6 minutes until tender-crisp.
Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
Add the cooked pasta and a splash of reserved pasta water. Toss everything together.
Squeeze in lemon juice and sprinkle Parmesan (if using).
