  5. In another bowl, combine the applesauce, egg, vanilla, and melted butter.
  6. Add the wet mixture to the dry and mix until just combined.
  7. Make the Streusel Topping:
  8. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and melted butter until crumbly.
  9. Assemble:
  10. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle the streusel topping evenly over the batter.

  12. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
