  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Coat chicken breasts in the marinade and place in a baking dish.
  4. Bake 20–25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes, then serve with steamed broccoli or roasted zucchini.
