  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar, and dried yeast.
  3. Add Liquids:
  4. Pour in warm water and olive oil. Mix until a rough dough forms.
  5. Knead:
  6. Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  7. Let It Rise:
  8. Place in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth or cling film, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  9. Shape the Dough:
  10. Preheat your oven to 220°C (fan 200°C) / 430°F / Gas Mark 7. Punch down the dough, divide in half, and roll out into two pizza bases.
  11. Top & Bake:
  12. Add your desired toppings and bake for 10–12 minutes on a preheated baking tray or pizza stone until golden and crisp.
