Pizza Paratha combines the crispiness of a stuffed paratha with the cheesy, herby flavors of pizza. Kids and adults alike love this easy, indulgent treat!

  1. Prepare Dough:
  2. In a bowl, combine wheat flour, salt, and oil. Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 10–15 minutes.
  3. Prepare Filling:
  4. Mix the pizza sauce, chopped vegetables, corn, cheese, oregano, chili flakes, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
  5. Assemble Paratha:
  6. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out two thin discs.
  7. Place the filling on one disc, leaving a small border around the edges.
  8. Cover with the second disc and seal the edges by pressing gently.
  9. Cook:
  10. Heat a tawa or pan. Place the stuffed paratha on it and cook on medium heat with a little oil or ghee until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  11. Serve Hot:
  12. Slice and serve with ketchup, chutney, or enjoy as is!
