A crustless pizza in a bowl! This pizza bowl is packed with savory sauce, melted cheese, and all your favorite toppings — perfect for keto, low-carb, or anyone wanting a fast and satisfying pizza fix.

  1. Preheat Oven:
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or use a toaster oven/air fryer.
  3. Assemble Bowls:
  4. In an oven-safe bowl or ramekin, layer about 2–3 tablespoons of pizza sauce at the bottom.
  5. Add a layer of mozzarella cheese.
  6. Top with your choice of cooked sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, and olives.
  7. Repeat the sauce-cheese-topping layer once more.
  8. Season:
  9. Sprinkle oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes on top.
  10. Bake:
  11. Place bowls on a baking tray and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and slightly golden.
  12. Serve:
  13. Let cool for 2–3 minutes and enjoy straight from the bowl!
