Preheat oven: Set to 450°F (230°C). Place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
Prepare crust: Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface into a 12-inch circle. Transfer to parchment paper.
Add sauce: Spread hummus or tomato sauce evenly over the base.
Top pizza: Add mozzarella, red onion, cherry tomatoes, olives, artichoke hearts, and bell pepper.
Bake: Slide the pizza (with parchment) onto the preheated stone/baking sheet. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.
