  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, (and dry milk, if using). Add yeast mixture and oil. Knead until smooth and elastic (8–10 minutes).
  3. Cover and let dough rise in a warm place for 1–1.5 hours, or until doubled in size.
  4. Lightly oil two 12-inch pizza pans or cast iron skillets. This helps create that crispy Little Caesars-style bottom crust.
  5. Punch down and divide dough in half. Press into oiled pans, stretching to edges. Let rest for 15–20 minutes.
  6. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Add sauce, cheese, and toppings. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
