  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  3. Mix Crust Ingredients:
  4. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully blended.
  5. Shape the Crust:
  6. Place the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Use your hands or a spatula to press it into a thin, even circle or rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
  7. Bake the Crust:
  8. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the crust is firm and slightly golden.
  9. Add Toppings:
  10. Remove from oven, spread with pizza sauce, cheese, and desired toppings.
  11. Final Bake:
  12. Return to oven and bake an additional 5–7 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
