In a bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, cayenne, onion powder, oregano, lemon pepper, chili powder, Cajun seasoning, Old Bay, brown sugar, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
In a food processor, pulse fresh garlic cloves and chopped onion until finely minced.
Melt 2 cups (4 sticks) butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and onion; sauté 2–3 minutes until fragrant and translucent.
Add chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and optional ingredients (white vinegar, hot sauce, ground ginger, red pepper flakes). Stir well.
Add seasoning mix; bring to a low boil and simmer 2–3 minutes to blend flavors.
