  2. Add broth, soy sauce, miso paste, and chili paste. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
  3. Add mushrooms and spinach. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add shrimp, squid, and mussels. Cook until seafood is just done (about 4–5 minutes).
  5. Meanwhile, cook ramen noodles separately according to package directions.
  6. Divide noodles into bowls. Ladle the seafood broth and toppings over them.
  7. Top with boiled eggs, corn, green onions, and nori. Serve hot!
