Inspired by the famous Legal Sea Foods restaurant, this seafood casserole is creamy, cheesy, and packed with succulent shrimp, scallops, and white fish. It's baked to golden perfection and makes a satisfying main course for any seafood lover.

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté shallots and garlic until fragrant.
  3. Stir in flour to make a roux; cook for 1–2 minutes.
  4. Slowly add the seafood stock and bring to a simmer until thickened.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, white wine, and seasonings. Simmer 3–4 minutes.
  6. Fold in seafood and remove from heat.
  7. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish and top with buttered breadcrumbs and cheese.
  8. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
