This 7-layer taco salad is a fiesta in a bowl! Packed with bold Mexican flavors and vibrant textures, it's layered with seasoned beef, creamy guacamole, crunchy lettuce, fresh tomatoes, shredded cheese, and more. It’s perfect for parties, potlucks, or a hearty family dinner.

  1. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat, then stir in taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water. Simmer for 5 minutes. Let cool.
  2. In a large trifle bowl or glass dish, layer ingredients in the following order:
  3. Refried beans (warmed slightly for easy spreading)
  4. Sour cream (mixed with a pinch of taco seasoning, optional)
  5. Guacamole
  6. Taco meat
  7. Shredded lettuce
  8. Diced tomatoes
  9. Shredded cheese
  10. Top with sliced black olives and green onions.
  11. Chill for 30 minutes before serving or serve immediately with tortilla chips.
